By accessing or using NULL SOCIAL ("nullsocial.net", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

NULL SOCIAL is a social platform where users post ideas ("Declarations") and others respond with Affirm or Deny votes. The Platform visualizes collective opinion through The Field, demographic breakdowns, and NULL Events. The Platform is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the ideas you post ("Declarations"). By posting, you grant NULL SOCIAL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and analyze your content in connection with the operation of the Platform. You agree not to post content that is:

• — Illegal, threatening, or inciting violence
• — Personally identifying information of others without consent
• — Spam, advertising, or automated bot content
• — Designed to manipulate vote ratios through coordination or automation

5. Voting & Demographic Data

Votes (Affirm/Deny) are public in aggregate but individual votes are not displayed. Demographic information you provide (age, gender, education, location) is used solely for generating aggregated statistical breakdowns. Your individual demographic data is never displayed publicly. 6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• — Create multiple accounts to manipulate votes
• — Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• — Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform
• — Harass, impersonate, or threaten other users
• — Coordinate vote manipulation campaigns

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

8. Disclaimers

NULL SOCIAL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of vote counts, demographic breakdowns, or NULL Event detection. The Platform is not intended to determine objective truth — it visualizes collective human opinion and its inherent contradictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NULL SOCIAL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.
